Oklahoma enacted SB 546 in 2026, creating certain rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain personal data and to opt out of specified processing. The research record identifies a July 1, 2027 effective date and notes that implementation guidance was not yet located. Because this site keeps very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and available logs, then removing applicable information. Use the Contact page to ask.
